SINGLE EXPERIENCE
I refined my CAS website significantly; improving organization, navigation, and clarity by extensively redesigning it from the ground up. I also attempted to reduce clutter as much as I could, by removing unnecessary information, or relocating it to a different, non-vital page. Moreover, I added a few features to improve usability (such as; adding a "VIEW EXPERIENCE EVIDENCE" button within the header above each experience.
How did you feel after the experience and why?
I feel quite accomplished, as although I definetely spent too much time on redesigning the website, I also think that I have improved it extensively, especially when you take into account that I have spent "just" 1-2 hours.
What went well during this experience and why?
The overall layout and design turned out amazing in my opinion, with a clear focus on usability, functionality, while simultaneously also increasing its aesthetics significantly.
What would you do differently when/if you do it again? Why?
Next time I would set a timer for 1 hour, to ensure I spend no more than 1 hour on it, as I think that spending 2 hours on redesigning a CAS website is most definitely excessive, both subjectively and objectively,
To what extent did you meet your goals?
I met all the goals I mentally set for myself:
usability has been improved,
clutter has been reduced,
its far more aesthetically pleasing,
among other things.
